1. ORDER
1.1 How to place an order?
Nothing could be simpler! Choose your favorite product, select the size if necessary, and click on "ADD TO CART" . Once you have completed your selections, click on "PLACE MY ORDER" . Then follow the instructions on the payment page to finalize your order.
Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email will provide you with the tracking number of your package!
1.2 Where can I find information about a product?
All information about the products is available in their description. For additional details on composition, sizes or colors, do not hesitate to send me an e-mail at info@babeth.be . I am at your disposal for any questions.
1.3 Is it possible to reserve a product?
Yes, during checkout you can choose to reserve the item in store. You then have two options: either pay directly online or choose to pay upon collection in store.
1.4 An item I want is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock, you can contact me by email to check its availability in the showroom or to find out if it will be restocked.

2. DELIVERY
2.1 What are the shipping costs?
For Belgium, the shipping costs are €2.99 for delivery to a relay point (up to 2 kg) and €6.49 for home delivery.
We also ship to France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Germany and Spain. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
2.2 When will my package be shipped and delivered?
I do my best to ship your orders quickly!
Packages are handled by Bpost on Tuesdays and Fridays. The delivery time is 1 to 3 working days for Belgium. For deliveries to a relay point, allow 3 working days before you can collect your package. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Tuesday.
2.3 Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
2.4 Can I modify my order?
Changes to orders that have already been placed are complicated. If you have made a mistake, please email me as soon as possible. I will see what can be done, depending on the status of the order and the applicable conditions (sale items, etc.).
2.5 What if I was not at home when the delivery took place?
Don't worry! If you weren't there, the postman will leave a notice in your mailbox. You can then collect your parcel from the designated post office.
2.6 Can I exchange or return an item?
If the order does not suit you (wrong size, defect, etc.), you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of shipment . Once the return is received, you will receive a voucher for the value of the returned items, valid for 6 months on the site or in store.
2.7 I received a damaged or incorrectly delivered item, what should I do?
In case of damaged item or wrong delivery, please contact me promptly with your name, order number and description of the problem. If possible, I will resend you the correct item. If this is not possible, you will have the choice between an exchange or a refund within 10 days . The return shipping costs will be at my expense in this case.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If the order does not meet your expectations (wrong size, defect, etc.), you can return or exchange the items within 14 days from the shipping date. Here's how to do it:
1. Complete the return form included in your order.
2. Send the items to the following address:

Once the return is received, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the value of the returned items or, in the case of exchange, the new item (subject to availability).
RETURN CONDITIONS
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and free of defects (e.g. no makeup stains). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Important :
Promotional items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If you want another product, return the original item, and a voucher will be sent to you. This voucher will be valid on the site or in store. Exchanges are not possible for items on sale.
DAMAGED ITEMS OR DELIVERY ERROR
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me at info@babeth.be with your contact details and order details. I will check availability to resend the correct item or, if necessary, issue a refund within 10 days . In this case, the return costs will be my responsibility.
