At Babeth, every order is carefully prepared and shipped from our workshop in Belgium. Here's everything you need to know about the delivery of your order.

Europe
Shipping costs to other European countries vary between €3.99 and €15 depending on the destination country, chosen delivery method, and package weight.
The exact amount applicable to your order is automatically calculated during the checkout process, before any payment.
The indicated rates may change depending on our partner carriers. The rate in effect at the time of your order is always displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
The indicated times are estimates, starting from the package's dispatch date:

Order processing: orders validated before 12 PM on weekdays are prepared the same day or the next day. Orders placed on weekends are prepared and shipped on Tuesday.
5. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can then track your order's progress in real-time.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder, then contact us at contact@babeth.be if needed.
6. If You Are Absent During Delivery
Home delivery: if you are absent when the carrier attempts delivery, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Your package can then be picked up at the post office or the indicated drop-off point.
Relay point delivery: your package will wait for you at the chosen relay point for 10 to 14 days (depending on the carrier). After this period, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse.
In case of package return, re-shipping costs will be at your expense.
7. Lost or Damaged Package
Lost package: if your package has not arrived within a reasonable time and tracking does not provide clear information, contact us at contact@babeth.be with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier (response time: 10 to 30 days). If the package is declared lost, we will proceed with a refund or reshipment of your order.
Package damaged upon delivery: refuse the package upon delivery or report it to the carrier upon receipt, then contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and affected items. After this period, no claims can be processed.
8. Deliveries Outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price displayed at the time of order.
It is the Customer's responsibility to inquire with the customs authorities of their country before placing an order.
