General Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of items offered by Babeth SPRL (hereinafter “Babeth”) to individuals. Babeth SPRL is located at 1331 Rosières, Rue Rosiers Bois 21, Belgium . The company is registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0650.923.844 .
Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions. These may be consulted at any time upon request, in particular when registering the order, and may be printed for future reference.
The data recorded by Babeth constitutes proof of transactions and their date. They may be modified at any time. The new T&Cs will apply to all subsequent orders and are available upon request.

ARTICLE 1 – ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE
The items offered by Babeth are available on the website www.facebook.com/Babeth.be/ with a description of their main features. However, the texts and photos presented are not contractually binding. In the event of an error or omission, Babeth will endeavor to rectify them as quickly as possible.
Babeth is committed to displaying product availability in real time upon request, but cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of a product once the order has been placed. In the event of a stock shortage, the customer will be informed.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS
Item prices are listed in euros, including VAT (21%) , excluding delivery charges. For Belgium, delivery charges start at €2.99 for delivery to a collection point (up to 2 kg), and start at €6.50 for home delivery, and start at €3.99 for the rest of Europe. Prices may vary depending on the final destination.
ARTICLE 3 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE
The customer has a 14-day withdrawal period from the shipping date, as indicated on the tracking number. Items can be returned in their original condition, complete and unworn, for exchange or a voucher. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or delivery error.
ARTICLE 4 – WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
4.1 Babeth Warranty : Items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect, Babeth undertakes to repair or exchange the product while stocks last. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse.
4.2 After-sales service : For any repair request, the customer must contact Babeth at info@babeth.be . If the repair is related to a manufacturing defect, it will be free of charge. Otherwise, a quote will be provided to the customer, and the repair will be at their expense.
4.3 Liability : Babeth cannot be held responsible for slight differences in color or quality of products due to differences in screen displays. Similarly, the photos presented are indicative, and the items delivered may differ slightly without this giving rise to a right to cancellation or compensation.
ARTICLE 5 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
These T&Cs are considered accepted as soon as an order is placed, paid for or delivered.
ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Babeth website (brands, models, copyrights, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any partial or total reproduction is strictly prohibited without the written authorization of Babeth .
ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law . In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable settlement. Failing this, the competent jurisdiction will be that of Brussels , ruling in French.
ARTICLE 8 – SAFEGUARD CLAUSE
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions should be declared invalid, this will not affect the validity of the other clauses. The parties will endeavor to replace the invalidated clause with a provision having an equivalent economic effect.
